XAPG evaluates how autonomous agents can purchase API access, data, inference, and digital services while preserving enterprise controls over identity, budget, recipient, authorization, settlement, and audit evidence.
Architecture principle
The LLM plans and requests; a policy engine decides; an isolated wallet signs; the Facilitator verifies and settles; the merchant releases the protected resource. This separation keeps signing authority outside the model boundary.
